Rights of revocation and returns
The customer has the right to terminate the contract without any specified reason within 14 (fourteen) working days by simply informing us of the contract cancellation. In order to help us improve our service, you are welcome to state the reason for return.
1. Label for return
In order to accept returned items, a return label must be applied to the package containing the product you wish to return. The return label is generated by following the steps in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Select the order and then the item you want to return, then proceed to the end and print the label to be applied to the package. For countries outside the EC, in addition to the return label, customs documentation shall also be generated. Please enclose these in the package to be shipped back.
2. Returning an item
You can schedule the returned package to be collected from your address by calling the toll-free number indicated on the return label. Alternatively, you can deliver the returned item to one of the UPS access points. Your three nearest access points are listed on the return label. The delivery option to UPS access points is available for Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the Netherlands, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA.
The deadline for termination of the contract begins on the date of delivery of the items.
The contract cannot be terminated if the condition or quality of the items has been influenced by the consumer (e.g. dirty or damaged items).
Please do not remove the labels from items until you are sure you wish to purchase them. In the event of contract termination, we will only accept items still in their original manufacturing and packaging conditions.
